[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This roll-on is much easier to use than the spray. It provides a cooling sensation for about an hour but doesn't heat up like some others, so the relief is very temporary. I'm not sure it's worth the price, or, that I'd buy it again.

Now I see they have this Roll-on and I love it even more. With the roll on it goes right on your skin and you don't really have to rub it in and get it all over your hands. Roll it on wherever you have pain and you will be pain free in no time. Biofreeze really works and it's great for all types of pains all over your body. Highly recommend!

I have really painful Osteoarthritis, especially in my hands and fingers, I roll it on, and with the cool, and menthol help so I can move my finger. It last for a long time, doesn't burn, or real strong smell. Shake it, and roll it on, it's that easy, and starts working immediately. I like that it's not tested on animals, or have NSAIDs in it.

Just roll it on to your soar area ( for me it was my neck) and that's it. You will soon feel a cooling yet warm sensation that lasts for hours. Nothing gives me relief from my neck, but this lets me feel a little less pain. I'd get it again.

It was very easy to apply and I like the roll on application, no mess which I appreciate! It started to work pretty quickly and brought my pain down from an 8 to a 3 so I would say it works very well!
