This Backpack/lunchbox is perfect! Just the right size to hold plenty of necessities for school/daycare but not so big that toddler's can not carry themselves. AND allows parents to not have to schlep a ton of bags in and out. And the kiddos love the fun prints!

This is my first time purchasing the bentgo with the built in ice pack and now I wish this was the only kind we had. My kids have an easier time opening it, it keeps food colder, and it fits in their lunch bag better. Really great quality and easy to clean.

Price is reasonable, and the bag is beautiful . However the way the lunch box is build it is not comfortable to carry on the back,; it caves in around the lunch box seam, and for little kids who have to pull out their lunch and snack boxes in separate bins at school, it's not a smart idea. (would be great if you can attach and detach the part with extra zipper for slight extra fee). I will return!

Love the quality and durability of this backpack. Plenty of room to store most items. The backpack looks tall because of the lower lunchbox compartment. However, standard size folders and binders have to be tilted in the larger compartment to fit without bending. This bag is good for younger students who do not have to carry many supplies at once.

I think the backpack itself is really good quality. Paired with a bentgo lunchbox where the whole lunch is contained in the box it’s great. The challenge is if there’s anything for lunch that’s not contained in a single lunchbox… since then kids have to take a lot to the lunch room.

Love it. Love the design. Very durable and easy to use. Only wish it could fit a sandwich. Even if i cut up a sandwich, it still doesn't fit. Not a deal breaker though. I use dinner rolls for sandwiches instead. It fits 2 of them nicely :) highly recommend buying a bentgo chill lunch box!

Bentgo really thought of everything when it comes to the design of this backpack. There’s a thought about every component from the space for the water bottle and the bungee to keep it in place to the space below for an ice pack. I couldn’t recommend this backpack more. The lunch box keeps everything cool/warm and the compartments keep foods separate perfectly. The quality is through the roof. Money well spent. We got the sports themed combo and the colors are vibrant and I can tell this will wash beautifully.

My new 9th-grader didn't want to take a traditional lunch box to school this year, so I searched online and found this one. We originally didn't consider it because it's a "kids" box, but the adult version offered does not have the removable freezer tray, which she needed to keep certain things cold. So we went back to the Kids Chill and chose the gray color, which toned down the "kid" factor. Upon arrival, it doesn't look like a kids box at all - it's very stylish. It does get a little heavy with the freezer tray in, but that's to be expected. Still way more compact than a lunch box. Only complaint is when she put yogurt in one of the compartments, it leaked over into the neighboring compartments; not a biggie but we won't be putting anything that liquid-y in again. Overall great product, especially for the price!

Love the freezer pack that goes in it and the size of the compartments. Only thing I don't like is that the top does open all the way and lay flat. Kids like to eat their left overs on the way home and its hard in the car because it tips backward when they are trying to eat.

I was looking for a backpack for my son who was about to start his preschool. The main criteria was for it to be spacious, high quality, accommodate A4 folder and have a place on its side for a water bottle. This backpack meets all these criteria and even more. I love the idea of a build-in lunch bag! It’s super convenient!
