I like the back pack but the lunch box on the bottom isn’t really why we bought it.. I find it wouldn’t be that useful as a lunch bag bc the target age of the child and most schools need a separate bag. We use it to send extra clothes or as an extra pouch. Also if it was slightly larger at the top it would be better for folders.. our 7 yo twins really like the designs as does our 3 yo and the matching lunch bag we ordered separately. If it had an option to attach a separate lunch bag that would be good. We do really like the lunch box and lunch bag. I especially like that the lunch bag comes with a water bottle holder on the side.

My children had a non ice pack model that lasted for 3 years and was used daily. We purchased these for this school year. It is difficult to close and open. My first grader was able to independently open and close the other model and now she has to ask for help daily. Not the independence I want to foster. I appreciate that the ice pack can be reused, but I wouldn’t purchase again…especially for the price.

This is our go to box out of all our Bentgo boxes. Love the sleek look. So convenient to have a built in removable ice pack. Keeps food cool up until lunch time. Easy opening even our 2 year old is able to open it by themselves. Durable after many drops it remains intact. Can't get enough of this lunchbox.

My daughter loves her new bookbag. She's in kindergarten and it's not like those small bags where you can't fit much inside. This bookbag is big enough to fit her folder, books and even her lunch bag when she doesn't feel like carrying it. Plus it has an extra zipper compartment in the front. I use the built in lunch bag for three things her purple unicorn lunch container, sometimes a pair of changing clothes, or my daughters snack so that she doesn't get it mixed up with lunch. You can actually use the bottom for whatever you want. My other daughter keeps her cosmetics bag in there.

We have been long time bentgo box users and I was excited to see a new design come out that keeps my kids lunches cool through the day! The design of the box is very smooth and estheticly looks pleasing to the eye. However, I am still very partial to the kids boxes from the original line. The compartments in the new box are smaller and there is no option to make the meals ahead of time & snap a lid on to keep in the fridge. (We appreciate being able to meal prep with the other boxes). I am not discounting that this is a good box - just doesn’t fit our needs at the moment and I find myself using the other boxes more than this one. The concept is great and I am glad we were able to try it out.

I was looking for a backpack for my son who was about to start his preschool. The main criteria was for it to be spacious, high quality, accommodate A4 folder and have a place on its side for a water bottle. This backpack meets all these criteria and even more. I love the idea of a build-in lunch bag! It’s super convenient!

I purchased this backpack for my granddaughter. She takes her lunch to school every day, and she loves this backpack. Having a separate section for the lunch and snack at the bottom is genius. In case we have something leak it doesn't get her books/folders wet. She loves the pen pockets/dividers.

Wish I had just purchased another one of your regular boxes instead of the Chill. The weight difference is more substantial than I expected in my kid's backpack, and I think the sections are actually more useful in the regular box. (But we shall see - I haven't needed to use the ice pack yet so this may be a critical advantage sometimes!) But overall, absolutely in love with my Bentgo boxes -- they're the perfect size and really do a fantastic job keeping the sections from spilling into each other.

The backpack has many pockets and well functioning zippers. Made of good durable quality with good enforcement stitching. Love that also has the insulated pocket for matching bentgo box! The print is also vibrant and colorful. I believe it would last for many years. We love it!!

This Backpack/lunchbox is perfect! Just the right size to hold plenty of necessities for school/daycare but not so big that toddler's can not carry themselves. AND allows parents to not have to schlep a ton of bags in and out. And the kiddos love the fun prints!
