Love the freezer pack that goes in it and the size of the compartments. Only thing I don't like is that the top does open all the way and lay flat. Kids like to eat their left overs on the way home and its hard in the car because it tips backward when they are trying to eat.

So handy for trips to the park and restaurant visits for my little guy. We even used it to feed my 11 month old lunch on the airplane. My guy loves having choices with the different compartments and I like the detachable ice pack. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to make their lives easier with a little one on the go.

These lunch boxes are amazing to pack lunches for my daughter. It makes it easy for my 4yo to open her own lunch. Not requiring a whole bunch of help from the teacher. Plus it gives great portion control for meals. These have made life easier packing lunches for my daughter.

I love the Bentgo Kids Chill Lunch Box - it seems to be locked-tight so food does not move from one section to the other while closed. The chill pack works great to keep everything cool until lunch. I appreciate that the compartmentalized tray can be put in the dishwasher, but PLEASE, please make the outer shell dishwasher safe, as well! The inside top of the outer shell is hand-wash only and it gets very messy from all of the foods touching the top/lid. It is very hard/awkward to wash with the hinge and clasp there.

Almost perfect, but a few issues I have come across. Overall, the lunch bag portion works... literally if it is a Bentgo product being used! If you need to use an ice box and use a box that is thicker, it gets rather cozy. Another thing is even when using the Bentgo boxes in the lunch bag area, the zipper tends to snag on the plastic materials. Not sure if it's a QA issue with mine. Overall, my little girl loves this backpack. We tried it out on a long weekend trip and she looks forward to using it when she starts Kindergarten and continues to bring her lunch with her.

Super expensive yet the construction feels super flimsy like cheap plastic Easter eggs. The pieces have a hard time connecting together. It's possible to latch the box closed even though the cold pack insert and the food tray aren't connected perfectly, which means there is a gap for soft foods like yogurt or applesauce to spill out and make a huge mess. Would never buy again.

It is a beautiful backpack . It came exactly as shown . The material is nice snd I love the pockets on this inside. But it is not large I’m enough for my daughters belongings since It has the bottom portion for her bento. We have had to buy another lunch kit and back pack . So unfortunately it’s was a waste.

This is great for my kids next step. The slightly larger compartments and the ability to keep the items fresh and cool are a big plus for this SoCal heat! Only thing is it took quite some time to receive my order-expect 8-10 business days so order in advance for next school year.

I got this backpack for my kiddo who started TK. He only needs to have space for extra clothes and a standard folder. The main compartment can fit a folder, but the top corners get bent a little after zipping shut. With the extra clothes it gets a little tricky for younger kids to get the folder in and out. Also, our school has the kiddos place their lunch bags in a separate bin under their backpacks for easy access when snack or lunch starts. If I had known this, I would not have opted for this style backpack. Just something to keep in mind for the littlest kids starting school for the first time. My son loves his backpack so I will keep it.

Best investment for my families everyday lunches, even my 4 & 5 year old love to pack their lunches they think it’s so much fun!! Heck even I do!! These backpacks are life with my younger ones so small they are perfect to have lunch and school folders together also the net pocket on side is great for any size water bottle.
