These backpacks are great! So far they seem like they’re good quality. We’ll see as the time progresses, how they hold up. Purchased them to go along with the kids’ chill boxes. When we put the ice in the Bentgo Chill Box, it didn’t keep our kids’ food cold until lunchtime so figured we’d try these backpacks in combination. Perfect! We stick another ice pack on top of the Bentgo box inside the lunch box pocket and everything stays ice cold.

This 2-in-1 backpack and lunch bag is great! Good size, not too big not too small. Good material. Zippers are durable and has enough space to fit a traditional school folder inside. I didn't give it 5 stars because I wished the lunch bag compartment fit 1 Bentgo Lunch box AND 1 snack box. My kid can't eat school lunch so we have to send both boxes to school and they both don't fit.

So handy for trips to the park and restaurant visits for my little guy. We even used it to feed my 11 month old lunch on the airplane. My guy loves having choices with the different compartments and I like the detachable ice pack. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to make their lives easier with a little one on the go.

I bought two of these to use for meals on the go for my toddler. One of my best purchases to date for him! This all in one system keeps 4 different food items cooled and secure and separate. I love the ease of packing up all of the healthy finger foods I prep at home and taking them on the road. Even better, cleanup is a breeze. Soap and water +- running the food tray through the dishwasher and this kit is ready for the next meal. I suspect these Bentgo boxes will be part of our routine for many years to come!

My 3 1/2 yo loves it and it fits great. Until we put the lunch box in the bottom, where it’s holder is. She struggles to pick up the whole pack, put it on, and walk. I end up putting it in with my lunch so she can at least decently move with just the backpack.

Good product overall. I'm used to more technical gear, which can maintain temperature for extended/predictable amounts of time. However, this does a good enough job for school lunches. The latch can be a little difficult to open/close, even for the adults in the house.

My kids love to carry lunch in those lunchboxes, say it's very tasty. Backpack are practical and good looking. And having one in two totally makes sense - no to extra bags. Love it, highly recommended. But A4 fits not ideally. One folder possible to fit with adjustment, a lot of things such size - not really.

It wasn't quite clear that the bottom is an included lunch box, and is not a storage pocket for a separate lunchbox. This backpack is a perfect size and works for my preschooler. But his life would be easier if the lunch box could just slide out of that pocket. I tried to go back and reread the description and look at pictures. But it's not clear from what I am seeing.

Best investment for my families everyday lunches, even my 4 & 5 year old love to pack their lunches they think it’s so much fun!! Heck even I do!! These backpacks are life with my younger ones so small they are perfect to have lunch and school folders together also the net pocket on side is great for any size water bottle.

We love this chill lunch box. I think it’s good quality. I like that the tray can go in the dishwasher. I wish the whole thing could but I understand that would mess with the seal on the compartments. It held up an entire school year and we would have used it this year but we forgot it in the backpack on the last day of school. I will say that it is airtight because there was no smell until we found it and opened it up to all kinds of things growing in it. Sadly we threw that one away and got a replacement this year. No complaints - just don’t forget it in your kid’s backpack over the summer!
