I bought this little bit over month ago.when I was looking dryer I was looking the Washer too because my washer is 8years old and I’m not really like my washer And I find theLG washer I like so I will have matching washer and dryer I really like this dryer because have energy saver settings and lots of different settings and very big can’t Waite to get washer the one I’m going to get has you could add more water to any settings.I’m so happy that I got a LG dryer I did research like a month very pleased .

I bought this in October 2021. Even though this dryer was rated #1 on Consumer Reports, I am totally surprised that it is not that great. Since day one of ownership, it just hasn't worked properly. I spoke with a LG certified person, who assumed I had my dryer on energy saver, which I didn't. She then told me it was operator error. I can't seem to get the dryer to recognize that the clothes are still wet. I have instead had to resorted to using manual controls as the sensor isn't sensing as it is supposed to. The LG person out of Lousiana, Arianna, did a diagnostic test. She quickly determined that I was incorrectly operating the dryer. Her help was sending me yet another manual, exactly like I received when I purchased the dryer. A dryer should dry clothes. I'm spending way too much time on drying clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago and had a issue the first time I played it in with shut off a few times during mid cycle but after doing that three or four times just stopped and hasn’t done it again. So far OK dryer for the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have has this dryer for a couple of weeks now. I love it. It does a great job of drying clothes, but does not over-dry (and so saves energy) when using Energy Saver mode. Fantastic price too. Well worth the money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always dried my clothes in a cool cycle. Three fourths of clothing labels tell you to do that. It avoids shrinking and keeps clothes nice. Well, it almost seems like low is another word for air only. It usually takes two to three cycles to dry on low. That’s a lot of time! I ended up drying on warm—so far with no problems, but it still concerns me. I also don’t like that some cycles don’t allow me to choose a certain temp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced an older dryer that did nothave all the bells and whistles that this dryer has to offer. I am very pleased with the extra capacity and the only disappointment I have is that there is no light inside the dryer.

I purchased this dryer to match my new washer, which had died after 16 years. The old dryer was the same age. The LG washer and dryer earned high consumer reviews, qualify for my state's tax break on energy-efficient appliances, and do their jobs well. However, even my old, basic dryer had a drum light. Why LG did not include this small but helpful feature is a mystery. Adding an LED light would certainly not compromise the Energy Star rating!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had no issues. Line the sensor dry cycles. The link filter is easy to clean, though sometimes there is some link left inside the vent area. Glad I got larger capacity to go with my large LG washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since using my dryer on the permanent press setting I have had to do very little ironing touch up. My husband likes oxford shirts and this dryer does not overheat so that the wrinkles become permanent. I am extremely impressed.
