Frustrating features

I’m trying to like this dryer, since it was my only option as my local box store only had one dryer in stock out of 50. Please go back to making dryers like they were made in the 1970s when they were simple and efficient. You only need easy to understand knobs to select what temp you want, the length of time, and start. The large capacity is nice and the wrinkle care feature is nice. So many “bells and whistles” makes things confusing and complicated. Hopefully as I continue to use it I can eventually figure it out.

Problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased Jun 2nd, received June 16th. Does not stay on. After 2 or 3 loads of drying it just shuts off and I end up having to flip the breaker on and off. Frustrated!!! On my second call for a tech to come out

NOT wrinkle free

Have never owned a dryer that resulted in more wrinkles than this one. So frustrating to have to iron clothes that should come out of the dryer wrinkle-free. Don't like the Sensor dry because often a few items in dryer are not completely dry when dryer stops running. Even the wrinkle-free button does not help.

Very Disappointing

Dryer will not dry on sensor settings. We have to dry multiple times and clothes still come out damp. On timed dry it works ok but this is an expensive machine with "sensor dry". It may have the feature but it doesn't work. Did the installation test and and flow sensor is fine. Air flow is adequate.

Next, check that the exhaust duct is clear, as this supports efficient airflow and drying times. Be sure to sort your laundry by fabric weight too, since separating heavy and lightweight items helps the sensor perform its best. Also, try breaking up larger loads into smaller ones, as this can help speed up drying. Finally, unplugging the dryer for a few minutes can reset the controls and improve performance. Several Drying Modes

We have used this dryer for about 2 weeks. Out of the box performance is excellent. I very much like the different drying modes available, especially "Air Dry". I also like the lint filter location. This dryer doesn't seem to generate as much lint as our previous dryer. I am only giving 4 stars, because after only 2 weeks, I can't comment on reliability.

Dryer futures

I like the dry except for two things. 1. Is there is no lite in the dryer. My old had a light and that was really nice. You can then see the clothes in the back of the dryer. 2. I don’t like the sensor. I do my clothes on delicate and you can not adjust time to run longer. Thing come out damp in places, but if the dryer senses dry it’s done after it’s time and you can’t redo it. It will only run for 5 minutes more and that’s it. Other than that the dryer is nice.

Terrible!!!

I purchased the washer dryer set, the washer is awesome. The dryer is terrible. I’m oversets clothes I cannot set lower temps my clothes are fried and wrinkled every time. I hate the dryer it is a waste of money. Please buy another product to save yourself serious ironing and heartache! Could start a fire it is so hot!!

Pretty machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only speed dry works. Dryer stops after a few minutes and displays error code. 'We followed the guidelines as told and still it keeps doing this. If we use speed dry setting in 20 - 30 minute increments, we finally get clothes dry.

Great dryer!

I really like this high-capacity dryer. It is quiet. The touch features work great, unlike my old dryer that didn't seem to like my fingertips! It has multiple settings and features for whatever type of load you're doing. My clothes come out wrinkle-free!

Awesome features!

Purchased a few weeks ago and I am loving it! I am a huge fan of the sensor dry. It makes me feel more economical as to setting a dryer on timed dry. However, there are times that I use the timed dry for a small load. It also has the “refresh” option as we all know sometimes we leave that load in overnight and it’s doesn’t get folded right away. The best part is that it is way quieter than my previous dryer.
