these would be greatif the left the bad ingredients like canola oil out! use olive or avocado oil- stop with the bad ingredients in food! why cant we just buy wild caught salmon ?

So thin not like Regular Wild Sockeye Salmon! It came out horribly dry like jerkrky! I cook my sockeye with Corriander Salt and Pepper! Its a Recipe from the Publix Seafood dept! You cant mess it up with their Sockeye! But this Frozen stuff was Absolutely horrible! Never will i purchase this again!

We buy fresh salmon on a weekly basis. I decided to give this a try for kids school lunches. I’ve never been fond of frozen salmon but the taste and texture in this one wowed me. The meat is so rich and flavorful! I loved it and it has become a stable on my shopping list. My kiddos love it t oo. We didn’t find it too dry. The reason I think everyone is saying it’s dry is because this is sockeye salmon. Look up the different types of salmon usually sockeye is a little thinner in meat and not as moist/fatty as other salmons commonly sold.

Our family loves salmon and enjoyed these also, other than one of the filets had a bunch of bones still in it. I know this happens and wouldn't have commented but one of my son's accidentally ate a bone and it punctured the room of his mouth like a sliver.

I have bought at least 10 bags, and have never had a single filet with less than 5 bones. Hard to enjoy when you are worried about biting down on the next bone. Salmon is a food that I eat often. Will have to try to find another source than this one.

Bought this as a treat, needless to say, the treat was for the dogs. Have eaten sockeye salmon before that was delicious. Not this time, if you never tasted sockeye before, then this must taste good to you. Cooked the rest of the bag and gave it to the dogs.

This salmon is so dry I’ve tried everything to cook it soft or steam it. Nothing helps. I’ve also found bones in the pieces. I don’t know how this salmon has good reviews. I’d rather buy the fresh salmon and cut it into strips and freeze it. This is so awful… I wish I could have returned it. I’ve never had an issue with salmon until I bought this bag of frozen salmon. Yuck.

Great taste but definitely not boneless. hard to enjoy when you have to pick bones from each bite! Hope this package was a one off or Sams Members Mark will have to update product packaging. I can understand a few bones here and there but the portion from my package were loaded with bones making it less enjoyable to eat.

I have been buying this salmon for years and have never had a problem with it. If it has bones that usually means it's real. If it is tough after you cook it, that usually means you didn't allow it to completely thaw before cooking it and/or you didn't use oil. The price for this wild caught salmon is unbeatable. Keep the bones, keep the seeds, give me real food!!!
