Awesome honey garlic Salmon I made!

Horrible. We can usually save frozen salmon with a particular recipe that I use, but there was no saving this. No flavor at all.

This Salmon is great! Very convenient and super fresh. I prefer this over buying it "fresh" at the grocery store.

couldnt even eat it, we refunded. SO MANY BONES!! had to keep spitting out the fish. taste was not good either

Opened our bag of salmon and only 6 fillets in the entire bag! Never again sams! price gouging!

The one I have in my freezer says caught in the copper river, the one I bought today no longer says this.

Too many bones. Very disappointed to take a bite and find tiny bones in it. Ended up throwing it out

We eat sockeye salmon regularly. This is the first time I have purchased this brand from Sam’s. It is a very poor quality salmon. Hate to say but it seems to be what is left over after the salmon run. All the Sockeye salmon we have ate in the past has been a deep red meat and great flavor. This one was very pail, lighter than farm raised Atlantic salmon. A spongy texture that would crumble apart as it was being broiled. I will never buy this Salmon from Sam’s again. GROSS

Is it really salmon?

We grill these salmon fillets once or twice a week. I dip the fillets in olive oil to keep the fish from sticking to the grates. I sprinkle sparingly with sea salt and generously with restaurant style black pepper only on the raw fish, leaving the skin side alone. Set gas grill to 420 degrees. I also heat wood chips for a smokey flavor. Cook approximately 16 minutes.
