The fillets are not fresh in appearance, texture, or taste. I really love salmon and have had small frozen fillets previously - though a different brand. These are a bit mealy in appearance and I could detect a faint fish smell from them. Once cooked, I had to mix them in pieces with a rice mixture to be able to eat them as they tasted fishy. Won't purchase again.

This fish is delicious but I have it 4 stars because I want expecting so many bones to be in it. Typically with other brands I may find a couple but with this it was too many to count. It could’ve just been the package that I bought this time around.

This is delicious salmon! I had been buying the less expensive Atlanic salmon, but will be buying this from now on. I prefer to buy frozen individually packaged salmon than the fresh because I can gave a couple of pieces available to cook whenever I want.

Love this salmon and I keep it in the freezer all the time. This is my go to protein for lunch and dinner. I just thaw it out, blot it dry with a paper towel, spray a little olive oil on it and coat it with honey garlic seasoning. Then I pop it in the oven or air fryer. It’s so quick, easy and delicious!

I love this product. I only eat Sockeye Salmon and though it is more expensive than farmed salmon it is well worth every penny. Very flavorful, always firm. Comes frozen in individual vacuum sealed portions so it is very convenient to quickly thaw a portion of two.

For 10 years I have always purchased my wild salmon from an Alaskan fishery company, It arrived frozen and individually wrapped. I couldn't be happier. But on my recent trip to Sam's Club, guess what? Yup. Wild salmon, individually wrapped. I bought a package of it and prepared my first salmon meal in parchment. Wow! Fantastic. Needless to say, I won't order my salmon from Alaska anymore because Sam's delivers what I need.

I did not like these at all. They were very pink and gave off a lot of white juice when cooked. The consistency was thick and heavy (not flaky). They did not taste good at all. I bought these because I didn't see the ones we usually buy and love. The ones I would recommend are called Atlantic Salmon (also Member's Mark brand). They are 3 lbs individually portioned in a blue bag with orange at the top and bottom. I hope they didn't stop selling those because these would be an awful replacement.

I love Salmon, and always look for Wild Caught. I really appreciate these individually wrapped portions that make it so easy to prepare healthy and fresh tasting meals quickly without having to clean the fish and portioning it! I highly recommend it for everyone! We all need to eat more Omega-Rich foods:)

I had been looking gor a wild caught salmon for some time. I used to buy one at Walmart but the fish flavor was too strong. My family and I love salmon and we're glad we found a replacement. I love that the salmon comes individually wrapped so you only take out as much as you need. The flavor was perfect. The only thing I would do different from what the package says is wrap it up with foil when putting in the oven so it won't be to dry.

I was always leery to buy fresh caught due to the skin. However, after cooking it peels right off and is not scaly. There’s a lot more fish in each portion than it looks like it would be. The taste is excellent. Great quality and portioned well. I am very glad I took the chance and bought it. I have a Fillet of salmon Monday through Friday for lunch.
