This is an AMAZING pergola! Shipped quickly and was even better in person than photos depict. With two adults, we were able to assemble it in one day. Very pleased with item and would definitely buy again! Highly recommended!!

Great price on an excellent product. Very heavy, my wife and I completed this pergola in about 8 hrs on Easter Sunday. We're very happy with end result and found it at a local SamsClub which saved us 200 dollars :)

The pergola is beautiful. The pergola arrived in four boxes. Nothing was damaged, no parts were missing. The setup instructions were easy to follow, Sine the pergola is made from cedar the individual parts are not overly heavy. My wife and I set this up in a day. We couldn’t be happier. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a pergola.

This company has been excellent to do business with...very responsive to questions and superior customer support for installation. The Pergola was easy to assemble with clear instructions, and with pieces that were milled and pre-drilled correctly at every step. All of the hardware came with at least one extra piece. The final product looks great. We did quite a bit of research and found that this product offered excellent value for the price. We could not be more pleased with the company and our end-result.

We purchased the 10x14’ cedar stain pergola for our indoor retail area, inside our nursery/landscape supply business. And it’s perfect! I tell everyone who asks where to buy one! The shipping was included and no damage. The holes were predrilled with no issues. We printed the directions, which was easier to read. My husband put the sides together before he needed me to help (stood on ladder and held) a short while. He put it all together by himself on a Sunday afternoon. It’s beautiful and I’m still in awe! It’s perfect for our retail area and goes with our wood/outdoor theme.

The seller stated we would receive the pergola within 10 to 17 days from order date and we received it on the 10th day. The men who delivered it did a great job and actually carried it into our garage and I'm glad they did because the 2 boxes were quite heavy. The assembly instructions were good, but the hardware not so good. We had to spray WD-40 on the nuts and bolts or else they would bind. I'm not sure why they designed then top support beams in 2 pieces, it would have made more sense if it was 1 piece, and assembly would have gone a lot quicker. Overall it took 3 of us about 4 hours to assemble it and it looks very nice. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

I bought this over the 2019 Memorial day weekend which included free shipping as part of the special. It was delivered withing 10 business days, in long boxes. Boxes are heavy, need two strong people to lift. I was able to assemble the pergola within four hours. It really adds visual depth to my patio, ties the house in nicely to the yard and provides great shade. I will be adding a canvas piece to the side for additional UV protection but overall I would definitely recommend this product.

This is a nice pergola, but I can’t give it 5 stars for the following reasons: 1. Some of the boards were warped when we unpackaged them 2. As a result of the boards being warped, some of the holes did not line up. 3. Written instructions were a little confusing It is nice and sturdy. Because we live in Florida my husband secured the legs to a concrete poured base

We bought the 16x12 Beaumont Pergola for our back patio area and we are so pleased with the ease of construction and the quality of the lumber and hardware used to construct it. Our order was delivered ahead of the estimated time and the staff delivering it were very accommodating and professional. The pergola is built of super sturdy, heavy materials and will be going no where for a very, very long time. It's perfectly beautiful and adds so much charm and character to our backyard. We now have a cozy place to entertain and just relax. We've recommended this product to many of our friends and family already! I promise you won't be disappointed if you purchase this product for yourself.

I ordered this from Sams club, delivery went smoothly and driver notified me when he was on his way. It comes in 2 very large boxes which he put in my garage. I sealed the pieces prior to setting it together. (Highly recommend this done before assembly) My 2 daughters and I were able to assemble the Pergola in 2 evenings. (aprox 7 hours) The instructions were easy to follow and the kit fit together nicely. I had a few warped pieces on the top but not a big deal as it is not that noticeable. You will need 4 adults to move into place once assembled as it's extremely heavy and I didn't want to crack, twist or wreck anything.
