I put a set of the AT2 on my GMC Yukon XL Denali back in June of 2008 at 62,000 miles. I now have 168,000 miles on my vehicle and there is still significant tread left! I had a set of the MS as well on my last vehicle, with was a Tahoe, and had over a 100,000 on them and they still had significant tread left on them. I've had horrible experiences with other brands (short life span and were absolutely noisy) and have to say that I'll probably always put Michelins on my vehicles. Class act company and a superior product.

I got these tires 6 years ago and they never let me down. I use my truck for heavy loads or hauling things around and have never had anything go wrong. What I love the most is the Nitrogen added to the tires instead of air. I don't have to fill my tires for every heavy load I put in my truck.

I run these tires in every type of terrain. From a 90 mile round trip commute to work, to field, and mud. Our winters see deep snow and ice and with my jeep's 4wd never had any issues. My needs were a tire that wouldn't my rob me of ride quality but were aggressive to get through every type of terrain.

I've had good and bad luck with tires over the years, not discriminate to brand. But Michelin & Me got a good thing going! Purchased the A/T 2s in Nov.'07 for my 2005 Lariat. Driven in all weather from Florida (rain) to N.Dakota(snow) to Calli(mud/snow). I've used the tires for the purpose intended & have had great success. With "NORMAL" driving habits, just turned 80K in Sept. of this yr. These tires were not cheap,but It's been $$$ back in my pocket since 40-50K. My intent was to get as much wear as possible out of them. Rotate every 5K (-ish), and spin balance every 10K. I will definitely re-shoe with the A/T2s. I do see very slight cracking from age, but still have plenty of tread left. I'm good for another 10K, but watch them closely now & wont go any further than that. Pros: -handle & brake well on wet hwy -comfortable ride -they dont throw rocks -roll quiet down the hwy Cons: -no promotion for this tire. I'm thinkin' it's price. Dealers are more motivated to sell quantity over quality. -tires are rated for 80psig...ride's a little rough. Dropped to 68psig. Smoother ride without compromise in performance. That's my review. I am getting ready to purchase my 3rd set of LTX A/T 2 for my truck .... but right now they are out of production ..... Don't make me wait too long boys !! These are by far the best truck tires I have ever owned ... I have been driving trucks for almost 40 years. I live in a small isolated town in Hawaii that has 600 hair-pin turns and 54 one lane bridges in the last 30 miles to get to my home. Beautiful drive ... but hard on tires .. I would highly recommed this tire to any light truck owner. Now boys ... can you get back to work and make me a new set for my new truck ?

These LTX A/T2 LT275/70R18 tires have been on my F250 Ford truck since October 2016 and I now have 94,000 miles on them (5/32") and could get to 100,000 miles if I pushed it. But since I have a truck camper (1500 lbs) on the truck sometimes and I sometimes pull an enclosed car trailer (5500 lbs) I am going to put the exact same type on my truck. The best tires I have ever had.

I have had three sets of these tires(factory size) on my 2011 f250 4x4. The first set lasted 65,000 miles(highway) and still had a fair amount of tread on them when i replaced them. I bought a new set and started towing weekly, a 10,000 lb trailer. The tires did not hold up well at all. Literally every single tread piece on each tire has torn or been ripped off. The tires fall apart when towing heavy. The extra stress of the weight on accelerating and braking is just too much for these tires. Second set lasted for 20,000 miles. Im now on a new set and have a couple thousand miles on them. The reason i bought them again is because I got a very good deal on them. Wont buy again though.

ThIs tire came highly recommended by a good friend at a large tire shop. While this is not the quietest tire I have ever purchased it is still VERY quiet for the incredible aggressive off road design. I have been advised that they are a very high mileage tire and expect it to continue to be great!

Put on a set of A/T2's as prep for a trip around the country towing a 35" fifth wheel. We park the fifth wheel and travel to points of interest in the pickup. To date we have put on 13,658 miles in 90 days on paved, gravel and dirt roads. The tires look almost new and my only complaint would be that they pick up a substantial amout of gravel in the tread. It appears to be a small inconvience for a great tire.

Knowing Michelins are the best I decided to spend a little more being that I have a luxury vehicle. My old tires were road only but sadly were better than the at2 off-road. I guess they handle ok but seem to ride the sidewall on sharp turns. They brake well & look decent. I don't know about you but it took me awhile to afford these & so I am stuck with them, for a long time as them are wearing well. On grass on a dry day on flat ground you may be ok but dont count on getting up any sort of incline whatsoever. I actually got stuck on my own driveway on a damp day, thay also hold gravel & shoot it out pretty bad when you get up to speed. Are these actually advertised as good off road? I advise a road only tire if you dont want to sacrifice confort because these tires have nothing extra too offer off road.
