I worked in the nursing profession nights 10 hour shifts and spent many a night not being able at times to enjoy our night dinner break. I started drinking Ensure and found that I had more energy. I love the fact there so many different options to choose from. I am going to try the High Protein next. Ty Ensure ✌️

Doctor then recommended two brands of nutrition shakes. Tried one, didn't like it. Tried Boost and did like it. It has helped give me more energy and doesn't taste medicinal. Will continue using it.

My two oldest participate in soccer and love this beverage as their source of energy. I love that they get to enjoy it because it contains the vitamins they need to grow healthy and strong.

It is nice to have extra nutrients in other every day foods by using the ensure as a cooking ingredient in all my recipes.

Cannot take Ensure at night for dinner as the chocolate I guess keeps me awake...So bigger bottles of Ensure maybe last me longer..

It tastes fabulous, there is no funny after taste and it doesn’t upset my stomach. So happy that it is lactose intolerance friendly and gluten free.
