I just started the Ensure original about a week or so ago. I was diagnosed with being borderline anemia. My energy levels are better . I would usually not have bowel movements until about 1 and half weeks. Thankful to Ensure, I am having regular bowel movements everyday if not every other day. Constipation is not an issue. I am looking forward to using this product more each day.

I buy them weekly I also love the powder form cause you can add like bananas. I'm in love with it. Instead of an energy drink. If you need something cold just freeze them and eat them like that especially in summer time.

I'm also loving the new flavor ~ Banana Nut! :) It's Yummy too! I have a mini fridge upstairs & Ensure is the ONLY thing I keep in stock.
