It has a little bit less sugar than ensure plus and really gives me strength, energy, and extra vitamins, minerals, and protein. I feel really good about this product as a supplement and have been using it for years. I have a few digestive problems, and I am relieved by the comfort of knowing I am getting well-balanaced nutrition for a healthy lifestyle. I thank the ensure company for doing such a great job! I drink one almost everyday, it makes it real easy to get the vitamins and protein that I need. I especially love to drink them for breakfast because it makes me feel full until it’s time for my lunch. My favorite flavor is chocolate. I enjoy the strawberry flavor as well. I’m super excited to see that there is a new flavor *banana nut* that’s now out. Will be definitely trying that one soon.

Often times he does not have the appetite to eat solid food and Ensure gives him the energy and sustenance that his body needs. It is a complete meal because it gives him the stamina even without eating the regular meals. Likewise, the whole family drink it as well to give us the nutrients and supplements we need everyday.
