[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was introduced to Ensure while a patient in the hospital; I loved it! That was many years ago and today I continue to drink Ensure near daily. It is my breakfast when I'm running late and there is no time to fix a full breakfast. It is also my first choice for a snack or even before bed if my stomach is growling. It is also my best weapon to battle waistband expansion since it allows me to skip an occasional meal while providing all needed nourishment. The original vanilla is still my favorite flavor and I expect to continue using Ensure for my next 75 years.

It helps maintain a healthy balance and makes a great supplement when used daily. I love the milk chocolate the best. It really makes a difference to my health. I buy it by the case it's more cost productive. The taste is great. I highly recommend it for any dietary needs.

It has been helpful in weight stability and is a nice chocolatey snack between smaller meals. I'm sure the nutrient level is a benefit as well.

I find the flavors better than most and I absolutely love the coffee latte. It helps keep me away from other snacks between meals and adds needed nutrition to my diet.

Unfortunately, i got terribly sick after one shake, it rather triggered my migraine attack and the end was not very comfortable at all. Its amazing at growing muscle but those migraine headache sufferers out there, its too dangerous perhaps due to the artificial sweetener thats a trigger if not for that id be on this ensure everyday

If I drink it at lunch with a Belvita cracker it will fill me up until I have a very light dinner of cereal I like the butter pecan flavor also and I always have one or the other in my fridge !

At my worst, I have been on all liquid diets with Ensure. At my best, I drink it as a supplement for nutrition and calories. On average, I still drink 2-3 Ensures a day. I am so thankful for this product. It has been such a gift to and for my health, and a comfort net when I know I can’t tolerate anything else. Plus- the milk chocolate flavor is DELICIOUS! This Product is Great BUT can you guys add less sugar in this Product. I know you guys have Ensure Light with 23 Vitamins & minerals with 0 grams of sugar but Ensure original has 27 vitamins and minerals so Please add Less sugar in this Product. Glucerna original has 4 grams of Sugar, Less calories and More protein, Vitamins and Minerals. We like the taste of Ensure but Decrease Sugar Level in this Product.

I've been drinking ensure for years and I like it, but it tastes different and I can't remember the last time I looked at the ingredient list. Did it change in the last 6 months for the Original Vanilla flavor? Are the oils or something else different?
