It taste good and easy to digest. It's good for smoothies rather morning afternoon or evening. My favorite flavor is strawberry but the other flavors are remarkable too. I use at least one 8 oz every day and I usually make a daily smoothie. Just add a small amount of fruit and they come out great, n matter flavor You use.

A bottle a day give me a lot of energy for whole day. I recomend it to try and feel the deference. All flavors are good and depends on personal liking.

My 90 year young Mom drinks it everyday for it's nutritional value and to help her keep her weight on. I also drink Ensure when I find that I am not eating properly or to grab when I'm going to miss a meal.
