I drink it as is or I add vanilla ice cream and make a shake. I've even added to coffee as a creamer and added as to frosting or cake mix! I love to cook and I'm always experimenting..... Additionally, aside from be very tasteful, Ensure is very portable and can sustain me between meals. I love ENSURE.
