I like it because it packs well in lunchs, it freezes so well and will defrost in its bottle and you just have toshake it well and it is a delicious tasting treat for me when I'm craving chocolate and I'm on a restricted diet and fluid intake so it covers all the protein low in sugar and salt. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the 'Dark Chocolate' Ensure....more like crave it everyday, and I start every morning (5:00 am) with a bottle and 32oz of water. It provides the nourishment I initially need to get going and take the edge off my early morning hunger. I also like to have a bottle in the evening with a banana as a snack.

May you ask.Well, I'm the type of person, who does not have patience and if you are like that you should try this drink you do not even have to wait that long.In just weeks you can see results.In my opinion I couldn't believe my eyes.One taste and I knew this is the one.So overall,if you are not patient , looking for a protein drink that works I suggest you switch to Ensure.

All the flavors of the original are very tasty,but my favorite is the strawberry!ensure has the best tasting products it does not taste horrible like other vitamin supplements,if you are looking for a great tasting product that makes you feel good i would highly recommend!

My dad had used ensure the last year of his life and it help him to get the vitamins & protein he needed. So when he passed I took his ensure. When I got my throat & stomach problem I started using his ensure. The taste was great I used a straw to drink from and I got the nutrition I need. In October of this year I go in and they check my esophagus &hernia . At the moment I am able to drink the ensure get my nutrition & protein. I will say ensure the strawberry is saving my life. than you for making ensure. this is a God sent and I am going to get better and still keep ensure& drink it always.

After eating my small meal I am ready for my Milk Chocolate Slush. Of course you need a big straw. It is simply delicious!
