Today at age 88 I spent the day outside weedy, and transplanting my Peace lily that out grew its container. Had my dinner, showered and went to church. I do have to say I am tired but the Ensure has certainly helped me with my stamina.

I don't always eat the right things and I think this is a good way to stay healthy. Also since it contains only 220 calories is a big plus.
