I saw the advertisements, did a little research and decided to TRY it. Actually, it was intended to be just a TRIAL. Not so! I found it to be the perfect delicious meal substitute when you're active, physically fit, gainfully employed and don't have time to prepare a meal. Every flavor (chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, banana nut) that I have tried has been delicious to me. Not only is it a meal substitute, but it is energizing also. I feel so much stronger and alert after drinking Ensure. I am elated about Ensure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i am just a regular guy with average tastes. i have tried other vitamin enriched drinks, and i have found Ensure to be the best.. there is not the full bloated feeling with Ensure and you can be ASSURED that ENSURE meets all the vitamin needs for your body. i like original with 220 calories and the smooth taste..the 8 ounces is just right to satisfy your thirst and leaves me with the not-too-full feeling.

But when my stomach problems and constant nausea became too strong to eat solid foods without instantly feeling worse, I started to drink these and was pleasantly surprised! At first I was only able to drink little bits at a time. It was enough to regain some strength and I was able to drink more with time. I still drink Ensure everyday and I feel better then ever.
