I asked my Doctor if I could do the same, and even though, I am younger, my Doctor told me one a day will help you.

My dad had used ensure the last year of his life and it help him to get the vitamins & protein he needed. So when he passed I took his ensure. When I got my throat & stomach problem I started using his ensure. The taste was great I used a straw to drink from and I got the nutrition I need. In October of this year I go in and they check my esophagus &hernia . At the moment I am able to drink the ensure get my nutrition & protein. I will say ensure the strawberry is saving my life. than you for making ensure. this is a God sent and I am going to get better and still keep ensure& drink it always.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Doctor recommended a protein drink after my back surgery and I tried many but the Ensure original had the best taste and lots of good vitamins that I needed at the time. And since my eating schedule is not the best I still continue having at least 2 a day to make sure I get the vitamins I need daily.

I enjoy the rich, dark chocolate flavor. It provides so much great nutrition and also is easily digestible. During a colitis flare, I use Ensure for several days, three times a day and it helps return me to normal. Other days, I have it for dinner and it keeps my weight in check.

I started drinking this as a meal replacement because I don't always eat 3 meals a day. I barely eat 1 meal most days and I'm not a big meat eater. I chose Ensure Enlive because of the amount of protein in each shake and because I wanted something that was going to really help my body. Ensure Enlive is my new best friend! I drink one almost everyday, it makes it real easy to get the vitamins and protein that I need. I especially love to drink them for breakfast because it makes me feel full until it’s time for my lunch. My favorite flavor is chocolate. I enjoy the strawberry flavor as well. I’m super excited to see that there is a new flavor *banana nut* that’s now out. Will be definitely trying that one soon.
