Believe me this helped me. My husband also added fruit and ice cream and put it in the blended. I started to feel better after a few days as I started getting stronger. Secondly,there are many times I skip breakfast and because of the many vitamins and minerals found in my daily consumption,I find this sustains me very well until lunch time. I also can speak of the type of bottle you use to package your product,very easy to handle and easy to stack in the fridge.I try to keep a case of your product on hand as I do not drive anymore and at times it is most difficult to get to the grocery store.Would recommend to anyone to give it a try.

When I was in the hospital for a week after I had my baby, ensure was pretty much the only thing I would eat/drink. The dr said it’s so good for me and to continue drinking it when I got home. But getting her to sip on an ensure and perhaps have a banana or small muffin is easy to do delicious, filling and good for her.
