I have never been a breakfast eater but as ik got older and my health failing I knew I had to do something healthier than eating nothing at all. That is where Ensure comes in. I have one at least 5 times a week, I try to have breakfast twice a week. I cannot tell you how much better I feel. It makes me have that satisfying feeling after each bottle. I have tried all the available flavors and butter pecan is my favorite. What a concept! Thanks for making me feeling better about not having a cooked breakfast each day. It has been helpful in weight stability and is a nice chocolatey snack between smaller meals. I'm sure the nutrient level is a benefit as well.

Vanilla and Strawberry are tops (with Banana Nut rising) with Strawberry slightly edging out Vanilla. It has that little extra flavor that teases and pleases the palate. I recommend all of the flavors but highly recommend Strawberry for the original. Ensure is unbeatable. Others have tried but none can top it.
