I lost 23 lbs and had absolutely no energy. I began home physical therapy and the only way i could get through the day was to drink Ensure. The high protein helped build me back up and now I am doing great. I continue to drink Ensure. It gives me that mid afternoon energy boost and tastes great!!!!

im a 40 yr old mother of 2, grandmother of 2 who has become an ensure-aholic.
