I lost at least ten pounds, I also lost my appetite. I am grateful that I loved the taste of ensure. So I had no probable drinking one can each day. I have regain my appetite, but I continue to drink ensure, because of the taste.

A bottle a day give me a lot of energy for whole day. I recomend it to try and feel the deference. All flavors are good and depends on personal liking.

After taking Chemo and radiation, my throat is constricted and I have problems eating almost everything. I drink at least two and sometimes three Coffee Ensures a day. It literally is keeping me alive.

My doctor is glad that I use Ensure and I usually have 3 or 4 a day in addition to small meals. One of my brothers had cancer and Ensure was the only thing he would consume during his last few weeks. It's healthy as well as good tasting. I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] About a year ago I was very ill I could not stand the smell of any food meat was the worst. I remembered that my mother who was 97 passed My sister told me that they couldn't get mom to eat any until someone told her about ensure. Mom fell in love with it. She would drink it everyday. I followed her suggestion and it work for me. I still drink ensure when I feel hungry. My family told me I act like it's a milkshake. I don't think I would try to drink it with a big Mac and fries but, now when I know that I am trying too eat and my body turns against food thank God for my ensure. I should tell you that when it was suggested to me I thought (Yuck another health food that's going to taste like medicine)I was pleasantly surprised.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the taste and feel it is pretty good as a snack especially when I am craving something sweet. I wish it had more grams of protein and that it was less expensive. I usually pop it in the freezer for about 15 minutes, add a few ice cubes and pop it in my blender prior to drinking. That makes it thicker and more like a milkshake consistancy. Looking forward to trying the max protein.
