I freeze the Ensure to make milkshake or mix vanilla ice cream to make cream pop. Now that Ensure has product with more Proteins, this is good for my mother's meals. Thank God for Ensure .

They love them and enjoy a bottle for a snack or as a meal. My dad loves the vanilla and my mom prefers the vanilla. Cost wise is a bit high but well worth the product. I love the taste, and the way it makes me feel. I much prefer Ensure to vitamin pills, which are often hard to swallow. Since I started drinking Ensure in the morning, mixed in the blender with a banana and other fruit that is in season, I realize that I feel much better and am ready for the day.
