I know I am getting additional nutritional benefits and is perfect when I don't feel like eating a full meal or just need something to snack on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like all the flavors of the original.My favorite is the strawberry.I absolutely love the refreshing taste it gives me .I have the original Strawberry Ensure about 3 to 4 times a week. It gives me energy and makes me feel better.Especially because I dont always eat the healthiest food everyday.I have turned it on to many of my girlfriend's. We have one before we go on a walk a couple times a week.They come to my house before the walk.Now that I think of it they need to stock up my supply once in awhile! ☺ Thank you for such a great product. I am a total Ensure Fan!

What a difference! It soothed my nausea, gradually increased both my energy and my desire to eat simple foods. I began to use it on a small bowl of cereal followed by finishing the rest of the bottle a few hours later. In no time I began making smoothies with my Ensure adding a little peanut butter and blueberries. I’m so grateful to my friend for recommending Ensure and to Ensure for having the nutrients needed to help with recovery. Ensure remains a part of my daily eating plan.

My Uncle loves the Ensure milkshakes but chocolate is his favorite flavor. People have told us to put ice cream with it and some ice and make him a “true milkshake” and we are like why he loves them just like they are! We give him at least 2 a day to make sure that he is getting the nutrients that his body needs.

It seems to have the right amount of protein/calories/vitamins/etc for me, I have felt better and had more energy since I have been taking Ensure. The flavor is also very good ,I have tried the milk chocolate and the dark chocolate and found them both very flavorful.
