[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am 90 years old and have been drinking Ensure since I was in my 60s. I try to have one everyday for my lunch and it keeps me from getting hungry until dinner time. It has all the nutrients I need. I enjoy this product very much.

I drank Ensure dark chocolate protein shake a few days ago and became immediately sick. I had drank it before with some effect but this took the cake. I was at work and after drinking this ensure product, my face/chest became red, my abdomen growled loudly, then terrible gassy diarrhea and nausea. I thought I'd have to call 911. I felt like I was going to throw up all over my car, but thankfully didn't. I left work and sat on my porch for awhile. I felt better with each passing hour. I believe I had expelled the product immediately after drinking it - due to the extreme diarrhea. I am very traumatized by this and will never drink it again!

Believe me this helped me. My husband also added fruit and ice cream and put it in the blended. I started to feel better after a few days as I started getting stronger. For lack of time to consume the necessary aforementioned , I wholeheartedly recommend it for those "on the go", as it is the antithesis of other, non-healthy, "faast-food" alternatives which are, unfortunately, all-too-common!

This is equivalent to 4 packs of ensure and they are priced at 10 dollars a pack for a bundle of 6 that’s $1.68 per serving size (aka 1 bottle) and this is charging $53.25 witch is equivalent to $2.21 per serving size witch is a rip off that’s almost $13 dollars more for less you could buy another 6 bottles for this price buying them in packs of 6 for $10.12. Don’t be fooled go get your 30 bottles for $51 dollars vs 24 bottles for $53.25 and you could pick more flavors if you wanted to then also I’ve seen 6 packs go for $11.99 but that still only equals $47 dollars and on the market at Target, Walmart, CVS, ect they are all going for under $10.50 per 6 pack! That’s what I based my pricing on if you see this comment in the future prices of everything may have gone up or down this is 4/1/2023 although I will give this a 2 star rating because ensures are awesome and I don’t want my pricing review to disrupt the quality of the drink! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband drinks one of these every night. he loves the Strawberry. what we do is put it in the freezer about 3 hours before he wants to drink it and it comes out frozen, he then wraps a paper towel around it for about 15-30 minutes and when he is ready he shakes the product and it gets real slushy and he loves it.

I also have two special needs children who have texture issues, and Ensure is the only supplemental drink they like. In fact, they love it. I work in home health and I highly recommend Ensure to my patients who are having trouble eating, or gaining weight that they need. I just love Ensure!
