I lost 15 pounds being sick, and the doctor and nutritionist recommended it the regain the weight. I am under weight and I have gained back 10 pounds of the 15 so far. I tried many flavors and decided the chocolate was for me. I like it room temperature but in the summer I enjoy a little slushy I leave it in the freezer and it also helps to beat the heat. They are so delicious and nutritional. I have a hard time maintaining weight sometimes and these help me feel healthy and energized. I like it because it packs well in lunchs, it freezes so well and will defrost in its bottle and you just have toshake it well and it is a delicious tasting treat for me when I'm craving chocolate and I'm on a restricted diet and fluid intake so it covers all the protein low in sugar and salt.
