I also would use it as a smoothie by adding fruit in a blender. It helped me keep muscle mass and now I drink it for lunch since I am always on the go.

I have about 15 strawberry drinks in my fridge I wont touch. In any event I love the chocolate product.

I tried many flavors and decided the chocolate was for me. I like it room temperature but in the summer I enjoy a little slushy I leave it in the freezer and it also helps to beat the heat.
