The Ensure shakes provided all the nutrition that I needed until being able to return to my previous diet. I am now currently using the product again to help supplement additional nutritional needs due to recently becoming vegetarian. Once more I am reminded of the great quality and taste. I continue to enjoy the benefits the Original Ensure nutritional shakes provide.

Now, at 70 years old, I'm quite active and totally enjoy working as a stagehand and cameraman. Ensure Milk Chocolate is the perfect refresher during the 15 minute breaks. Delicious. Healthy. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Flavor can be improved with a chocolate or strawberry syurps. It is smooth so no problem with swallowing. Keep in fridge so cooled Ensure is better. I like Ensure for its energy producing quick small meals.

The nurses would give her an Ensure. She would drink it with a straw that the nurses would hold to her mouth and when I was there I would do it. She always seemed to enjoy it, so I tasted it once and it was good. So naturally when I choose it.

It's light and smooth, has a nice rich flavour. I have 2 children so I am always in a rush in the mornings making lunches and breakfasts for the kids I sometimes forget to eat! Ensure has made it possible for myself to get the nutrients I need without sacrificing the time I need to get my kids started for their day.
