Two years ago I suddenly lost 35 pounds doctor could not find a reason for weight loss. Then I started drinking two a day and my weight has been increasing steadily. Now I have gained almost 50 percent of my weight loss and will continue drinking two a day until my normal weight is attained. Thank you so much for this wonderful great tasting product. Great product. By the way, to the person who is struggling to remove the cap, just unscrew the cap and it breaks the seal. No need o remove or break two seals.

He often forgets to eat or doesn't want to eat and mealtimes had become a constant struggle that frustrated both him and me. However, he is always willing to drink an Ensure. I have also warmed it slightly and told him that it was "coffee" and he takes it with a smile. Lately he has had difficulty swallowing and aspirates when he does. The physician instructed us to thicken his drinks but he does not like the texture or taste of the thickener. Fortunately Ensure is that perfect thickness (just a bit more than water) that allows him to swallow safely. Ensure provides the nutrients and vitamins that he needs to keep his body healthy and as active as possible. Truly, Ensure is a lifesaver!
