In the morning I use 1/2 of a bottle on my cereal and drink the other 1/2 as a morning snack. Mid Afternoon I have another as a snack. I fully believe this is how I regained my strength and stamina after my stroke 4 years ago.

I've been taking ensure since I was a kid, not for weight gain at that time just for the delicious milkshake taste. During my busy schedule if I can make breakfast or don't have time to get breakfast at a fast food or diner, I drink one bottle of ensure which is vanilla and it keeps me going through out the morning until noon for lunch time. It is a great product that's why I recommend my family members and friends you can't go wrong with ensure.
