I have more than a year taking three Ensure as dinner every day. I take them between six and seven in the afternoon. Then I go to sleep at nine o'clock at night and my stomach does not feel full. The effect on my health is very good. I recommend it to many relatives and they also take it, not as much as I do.

Being alone and trying to eat properly I decided to try the Ensure, but, changed to the dark chocolate as I favored dark to milk. Ensure helps me get my nutritional needs met. Also, the Dystrophy has weakened my esophagus and it's hard to swallow my medications (pills), and I find the thickness of Ensure makes swallowing my pills much easier. So Ensure a win-win for me!

I drank 1 ensure a day 1 month before surgery to make sure I was getting needed vitamins and nitrients to help me through surgery. After surgery when I was on a multiple regime of pain meds, I couldn’t eat, no appetite, lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks. So I started again drinking 1 ensure a day. It was such a great help!
