I drink a bottle 3 times a day once after a light breakfast, at lunch especially if I have a lot of errand to run and don't have time to eat and a third one with my dinner. Great product, for those who have hard time gaining weight. I drink at less 3times a day with each meal . They Even use in hospitals and nursing home for patients to help eat to pick weight if under weight. It cost depend on where you stay. I would recommend this to everyone. Wish I had a year supply of it.
