[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have tried milk chocolate, butter pecan, dark chocolate and strawberry. Until I tried strawberry, dark chocolate was my favorite. My doctor is glad that I use Ensure and I usually have 3 or 4 a day in addition to small meals. One of my brothers had cancer and Ensure was the only thing he would consume during his last few weeks. It's healthy as well as good tasting. I highly recommend it.

I had tried many other protein drinks and was reluctant to try this product thinking it would taste like all the others. I have never been a breakfast eater but as ik got older and my health failing I knew I had to do something healthier than eating nothing at all. That is where Ensure comes in. I have one at least 5 times a week, I try to have breakfast twice a week. I cannot tell you how much better I feel. It makes me have that satisfying feeling after each bottle. My husband has a heart condition and sometimes doesn't want to eat a meal. He and I both love Ensure and have been drinking them for over 10 years. We also make shakes with bananas using these products. They are delicious and filling.

It provides the nourishment I initially need to get going and take the edge off my early morning hunger. I also like to have a bottle in the evening with a banana as a snack.

I like it because it packs well in lunchs, it freezes so well and will defrost in its bottle and you just have toshake it well and it is a delicious tasting treat for me when I'm craving chocolate and I'm on a restricted diet and fluid intake so it covers all the protein low in sugar and salt.
