[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I suffer from chronic nausea issues for the last 10 years .When I first became ill I lost almost 20 lbs in 10 day because I couldn't keep solid food down at all, I could only drink liquids . I could feel how weak I was getting, I had to get nutrition in me so we tried Ensure and some baby food. I was able to hold that down most of the time and that slowed the weight lost greatly. I started to feel stronger after a few days of it ,I was drink 4 bottle a day. It's been my go to for the last decade when my nausea is bad and I just can't eat solid foods .I keep a mix of vanilla and chocolate on hand. The chocolate is kind of a desert replacement in the evenings just to get a change of pace in flavors .Can't say enough how this has helped me over the years.

My mum who now has slight memory lost and is bed ridden is depending on Ensure to boost her energy and as a in between meal supplement. Shes 91 n love the taste n flavour We are relying totally on ensure to bring back her energy as she was recently discharged frm hospital and as always in the past, ensure has helped to strenghten her back .

But this tasted more like a gourmet vanilla, hand made drink. I have recommended it to all my friends. It is now the official drink of our small sailboat [28']. I drink it as is or I add vanilla ice cream and make a shake. I've even added to coffee as a creamer and added as to frosting or cake mix! I love to cook and I'm always experimenting.....
