But getting her to sip on an ensure and perhaps have a banana or small muffin is easy to do delicious, filling and good for her. It worth every penny we pay for it to ensure mom's health and well being.

We drink one in the morning and one for lunch with our medications. We offer it to anyone that needs a lift of energy that visits us. We even have our 48 year old daughter drinking Ensure. I'm also aware that my Vitamin intake is being supplemented..especially on days that I forget to take my Vitamins. I also like the Ensure Original nutrition powder as it is not sweet or you can sweeten it with syrups.
