We buy them every time we do our grocery shopping! After my Grandma's surgery, she couldn't eat food at all. The only thing she could keep down at all Ensure. In fact, now she refuses to drink any other nutrition shakes now! ONLY Ensure! I myself spent weeks drinking Ensure after I was diagnosed with Renal Failure. It was impossible for me to keep anything down but Ensure. Our family has tried every other nutrition shake on the market and they can not even begin to compare in taste, consistency and over all quality. Most other nutrition shakes leave the after taste of the vitamins etc Ensure is decadent, indulgent and tastes just like a real shake SHOULD! Please don't change a thing! Ensure has the perfect balance of nutrition and taste without the metallic vitamin like after taste that lurks in other brands. The thick rich texture and consistency is second to none! I have trouble eating in the moring and this drink fills me till lunch.Im happy with all the nutrients in it.,also enjoy the flavor. Sometimes at night I will have one after dinner this has helped me maintain my weight. If I don’t drink it I loose a few lbs. I have also tried other flavors butter pecan and strawberry as well and are tasty.

I drink an Ensure every morning with my vitamins. It keeps me energized until mid afternoon. Then I have a healthy lunch. Sometimes I will have an Ensure at night to ward off excessive eating and snacking. I have tried other supplements but they have a chalky taste, so I went back to Ensure. Then my son-in-law had major stomach surgery and couldn't eat solid food. They both loved the butter pecan and now I drink it as a supplement as I have IBS and this is something that does not bother my stomach. LOVE this and would definitely recommend it.

I was recently in the hospital after a car accident suffering multiple broken bones. I have ensure in my fridge. The expiration date is a year from now. I shook a bottle before opening it, the seal was not broken. As I was about to take a drink I noticed an orange colored smudge on the mouth of the bottle. It is rust from the metal on the lid.
