I ordered two boxes online. I got them in the store. I tried to build the first one, but without success. Parts are not very strong, poorly docked. I have extensive experience in assembling interior/outdoor furniture. That being said, I got stuck at step 2 and after 30 minutes of struggle - gave up. Will return both of them tomorrow.

I have several Keter deckboxs. These came with the plastic piece snapped and are not near the quality of my older ones. I bought 2 a couple weeks ago and now they are almost $50. apiece cheaper. I ould send them back but I need the storage now. Not happy at all.

I bought this a week ago, the deck box arrived in a big box that had been opened and tapped a few time. When I opened the box the Deck box had 3 broken pieces. I am not able to take the box to federal express. the customer service agent set up a pick for 8:00 am this morning, and I am still waiting, I will never order anything from Sam's Club again, I am so frustrated with this.

I would not purchase this item. We bought this in May and have not had any issues up until now when a small storm came through and somehow managed to rip the lid completely off. The plastic was broken in pieces by the hinges. The deck box did not hold up in “semi bad weather”. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed and will not purchase this brand deck box again.

I am a DYI type of person. had it delivered in the box. Took me maybe 20-30 minutes to assemble. It mostly snaps together with a few added screws, and it made it very sturdy. do yourself a favor and watch a twitter video on how to assemble and that made it even easier as it came with no directions. This thing is huge all will pack in a lot. I plan to buy a deck box cover on Amazon for the added protection against the elements.

We bought this a couple of months ago and all the hardware was missing. There was an insert saying don't take it back to the store but to call their number. My husband called twice now and the second time the person said, they had no record of the first call or it being shipped. Both times they said 7 to 10 days and now we are over 20 days since the second call and still nothing. This has been sitting in the middle of our living room. At this point it will have to be returned as I am not waiting any longer for this freakin hardware. Bad customer service!

Definitely waterproof as it’s out on the deck with no covering. Large inside to hold deck furniture cushions. While I wanted the dark color which was not available, the white cleans up nicely with just being hosed off with water. Glad I bought it and highly recommend.

Bought this to put my patio cushions in, very easy to put together. Looked great for one day. Put it on the deck 70 degree weather. Within hours the top started to warp from the sun! Oh my what a mess, both corners lifted up and warped. We actually put two huge cement blocks on either side to keep the sides down, that’s attractive! We live in central Pa, doesn’t get that hot here, would definitely not recommend this for warmer climates. So sad totally nit worth the price. Very disappointed

These are attractive, large outdoor or indoor storage bins of relatively strong molded plastic with metal reinforcement at the stress points, easy to assemble and lockable to the point it would deter small hands but easily compromised by larger hands. Sams Club offers these at significant discount over other merchants, some being offered at over twice the price.

We had our previous Deck Box from Sam's for many years with no problems until it eventually did warp some the last year we used it. The new one leaks very badly. We need to take it back. Very disappointed that we can't put any of our furniture pillows in the bin because they get wet and typically we have 3" of water in the bottom of it each time it rains. I would not recommend this product.
