Arrived with 2 panels cracked, Although Keter wants you to contact them before returning, they claim they have no replacement parts. so I have to return to Sams. That's why I wanted it to be shipped to me in the first place. So I wouldn't have to borrow a pickup and use a significant amount of gasoline to pick it up. Also, Keter is NOT easy to reach. The address they ask you to contact elicits "this mailbox is not monitored". The address they eventually give you is for a form that requires picture, order number, dates, copy of receipt and other information before you can even send them an email so they can tell you to return it anyway because they have NO PARTS, (Consider what will happen if you need a part in the future).

I bought the first box and all was well. A few months later I bought a 2nd box and a part was missing and NO INSTRUCTIONS were included. It was a major hassle trying to fit all those pieces back in the box to return. Sam's club replaced the item and guess what? NO INSTRUCTIONS again, and one small broken plastic part. I've read other reviews and Keter response was "go to our website for instructions". This XXL 230 gallon box IS NOT on their website. There is one that looks similar but I have no way of knowing if assembly instructions are identical. As another reviewer said DO NOT THROW AWAY box until you get the thing assembled and figure out if parts are missing (kind of hard to tell without an instruction diagram). Nice box but not worth buying it with the hassle if instructions aren't included, parts missing, broken etc.

The box was severly damaged and taped up. A cornor piece was added that was not of the original package. the corners of the lid are cracked. I purchased two of them and I'm affraid to open the other box because it arrived in the same poor condition and I can only image what damage there is. I tried to include pictures but not able to upload them

I have had one of these for 3 to 5 years. After a recent hail storm I had to replace it. I bought two. My original one was fantastic and still looked and worked like new. I had to pilfer one of the edge angle pieces because on of the 4 from one of my new ones did not come in the pac, it was one edge short. I also had to pilfer four end caps for those same edge piece only on the second one I bought. SO.. I was missing 4 end pieces from one of my new ones and (1) Hight wise edge pieces connecting 2 of the sides from the other. Quality control during packaging seems non-existent but the product lasts and looks great.

This has plenty of room for my cushions and some of the other items that I keep on my patio, possibly even my umbrella. It was easy to put together. I put it together by myself up to the point of attaching the lid. I had my daughter hold to to line the hinge up I would have given it 5 stars, but there were a few pieces of plastic that broke off during transport. It wasn't in a place that hurt the integrity, so I was able to put it together and it is structurally sound.

We purchased this box this weekend and it went together well. It is exactly what we needed to store multiple cushions for our patio furniture. The directions were clear plus it was a nice option to have video access for directions as well. It seems very sturdy. It will not serve for additional seating as it is high (if that is what you are looking for)

We purchased this deck box and it looks great and easy to put together. We put our cushions inside it for about a week and went to take them out and they were all torn into and a nest was started in the box. we are so upset because our cushions are ruined. This is not critter proof!!! we will be returning if we can without the box. we threw it out.

Large and easy to put together. Looks nice. Not junky.
