Not really a fan of this brand. I know it's a name brand product but I think it has too much gristle in it and not enough flavor . It's not the cheapest either.

Jimmie Dean Premium Pork Sausage is great. I have tried other brands and they all seem to have more fillers. Jimmie Dean Sausage doesn't 'shrink' as much as cheaper brands. Worth paying more for.

My ultimate favorite use it for all thing sausage. I use it for breakfast sausage as patties or breakfast wraps. Also use in my spaghetti sauce which is a huge hit compared to ground beef. Highly recommend!
