Jimmy Dean is a staple of the south. Has a very good flavor to it. I like the premade sausages, but the ones in the rolls are also good it’s just a little bit more messier to mess with to make your patties. I like to cook them on low and slow because I don’t like to burn either side but I like to cooked all the way. That way it’s tender and juicy when it comes out.

I used to love the breakfast sausage patties. I noticed a few years ago that the taste and texture was off. I thought maybe I had picked up a different product than I'm used to. But after a couple different packages with the same flavorless dry texture, I looked into the reasons. Turned out that the recipe has changed. I won't be buying any more. I'll stick with good old fashioned bacon from now on. Please change the receipt back to the original.

This is a really tasty breakfast sausage. I like that it’s so versatile. You can form it into patties or break it apart and cook it and it can be used in many different ways. It’s seasoned really well, I love a very sage-y breakfast sausage. I like to put this into breakfast bakes and even in savory dishes like chili. Definitely give it a try if you’re into breakfast sausage and haven’t had this brand before!

Mr Dean use to have the best roll ever fry them no grease lean tender and flavorful. The company was and the sausage changed grease flavor not as good the hot roll sausages is not hot at all . I use to buy three and four rolls at a time now I only buy one roll a month will eat them until better ones come along.WHAT HAPPENED To JIMMY DEAN SAUSAGE is a real tragedy .

I eat this every morning with my eggs, pancakes, oatmeal, or just as is. I like to make them into patties or broken up into eggs. This is my go to. So much better than bacon or links. Great way to get protein in the morning. Have purchased 50+ times over the years

47 years old and the first time I've tried Jimmy Dean sausage. Yeeaouza - soooooo good! I've fluctuated my weight all my adult life. Successfully lost on Weight Watchers three different times and successfully gained it all back shortly thereafter. Even did my own "Beer and Vegetable" diet in my early 30s and THAT was a success. Should'a marketed it. Now I'm doing low-carb (Not no-carb, not keto, but instead low-carb which is incredibly easy, with slow but steady results. On Sunday, I scrambled 15 eggs with heavy cream and folded in plenty of American cheese, and this sausage - ground and fried in canola oil. I am having a dish each workday this week and it has got to be one of the best breakfast/ lunch/ afternoon snacks EVER! This sausage fried up so nice and crisp and has just the right amount of herbs and spices. Two carbs per plate. All my adult life, I've avoided pork sausage and missed it. Same with nuts, red meat, etc. Hooking up with Jimmy Dean has been one of the hottest, most delectable things I've ever done. Darn proud of this 5 night stand.

I have been buying regular all premium, just noticed today there are 2 regulars. The all premium is too spicy for me and wondered what the deal was. Finally know what it is. I have always bought just regular before. Never really noticed. Keep up the good work

This is your go to sausage for everything. I love using this for biscuit and gravy and also when making a dressing for thanksgiving. It is affordable and I actually got other people using this, over the other brands. It is just convenient to use and have. 

Another great tasting product from Jimmy Dean. Package has marks for slicing patties. I have to freeze my roll a little before slicing, otherwise I squeeze it while slicing and patties look awful. Wish they would come up with a way to keep from squeezing while slicing for patties.

Jimmy dean has been a staple in our house for decades. Live the flavor price point, consistency and the great taste. Cooks evenly and the ingredients are listed clearly. Packaging has become easier to open over the year. Breakfast in Sundays always include Jimmy Dean.
