I like this sausage because it comes in regular and hot. It cooks really well and taste good. I use it for breakfast sandwiches, breakfast sides, and for my queso. I rarely noticed any gristle while eating this sausage. I like getting the roll so I can make the patties the size I want them.

I always use Jimmy Dean with my breakfast meals. My favorite is using the sausage for biscuits and gravy. The sausage flavor permeates the gravy and gives it that "truly home-cooked" flavor. The sausage doesn't have a "greasy" flavor either. I have tried other brands, but always come back to Jimmy Dean for a win!

The only breakfast sausage my husband will cook for us. It's full of flavor and cooks extremely well. It doesn't get dry and become a hockey puck. My father in law also makes this and whenever he's cooking it I can instantly smell it and know what he's making

I purchased this Jimmy Dean sausage and divide it into thirds and place into gallon baggies. I keep two in the freezer and one in the fridge. Jimmy Dean sausage taste great and the regular spice is not too hot for those the family that like it mild. Great product at a great price.

I have always purchased JD's sausage no matter the price, but lately they've changed the recipe, and it's mostly fat now, with not a good-tasting sausage. I am done if you think a sausage eater doesn't know the difference in the spice you add, you eat it, and you went up on the price..

Love this with our low-carb “egg roll in a bowl”. I make this for family once a week. In a fry pan, brown it, drain oi, make a “hole” and scramble cook 3-4 eggs. Turn heat off.l. In a separate Dutch over sized pot, I saute (med/low heat) Onions, garlic, red pep flakes, black pepper, and add ginger, dry mustard, and soy sauce to taste. Then put a Sams Club sized big bag cole slaw mix in the Dutch oven-sized pot, and let the mix “cook down” and soften. Then a I stir In the browned sausage and eggs. Mix in some sriracha sauce!! And serve!
