Good size. Delicious!

Jimmy Dean Sausage was better, that's no longer true. The sausage seems to be all fat and filler. When you eat it - it has a mealy feel to it. It has no flavor at all. When you cook it - be careful, there is so much grease and water that it will splatter. If you cover it - it steams it which is not a good look. Seriously I have bought ultra cheap sausage that has less grease and more flavor than this sausage. I'm not sure when they changed the makeup of what used to be a decent sausage to this horrible product they charge a premium price for today, but it is not the product of old!!!! STAY AWAY FROM IT!!!!

This is an awesome, cheap alternative to hamburger. I cook these on my George Forman grill for 3x6min while pressing down to really get most all the fat out. Then I add some steak sauce and nuke for an additional 3 min in the microwave. I then let it cool off for about 15 min while still covered from the microwave so it will pull in the flavor of the steak sauce as it contracts. Learned that trick from Primal Grill. That is a tasty, sassy, delectable flavor you will love.

This is a wonderful, tasty product. THE PROBLEM WITH THE DELIVERY IS THE IMPORTANT MESSAGE HERE! EVERYTIME I USE SAM'S GROCERY PICKUP THERE ARE PRODUCTS THAT NEVER MAKE TO MY VEHICLE DELIVERY THAT SAM'S CHARGES ME FOR. USUALLY AROUND 25.00 AND UP TO SOMETIMES 40.00. NOT BECAUSE THEY ARE GOING TO BE DELIVERED... BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT IN THE ORDER! NEVER GOT THE ORDER PRODUCT AND THEY CHARGE ME ON MY CREDIT CARD. THEN THEY GIVE YOU THE CIRCUS MERRYGO ROUND OF CALLING SYNCHRONY (WHOM NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE) AND THEN THE FRONT DEST TO THE GROCERY PICK UP DEPARTMENT THAT GIVES THE "LAME EXCUSE" THE OVERCHARGE WILL COME OFF IN A COUPLE OF DAYS. SO, I DON'T GET PAID TO BE A SAM'S BOOKKEEPER!! NEXT I HAVE TO WATCH MY ACCOUNTS FOR AN OVERCHARGE FOR DAYS BEFORE IT DROPS OFF! THIS IS AN OVERCHARGE THAT SHOULD NEVER BE BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE PRODUCT. THAT IS NOT MY FAULT AND I AM PAYING IN THE END WITH MY CARD AND CREDIT BEING CHARGED. THEN I HAVE TO MAKE IT MY JOB TO WATCH THAT THE CHARGE DOES FALL OFF MY CREDIT CARD THAT "SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN THERE". I BET THIS IS ILLEGAL. THIS IS GOING TO THE CFPB WITH A COMPLAINT.

Great for separating for several different menu items.
