I love this pork sausage. It's great for mixing with gravy for biscuits and gravy. Has a great flavor so you don't have to add any spices.

Perfect for using when making biscuits and gravy. Gives it that soft salty taste. Flavor is good. No additional seasoning needed. 

Wish it came in a mild or spicy but this is great for biscuits and gravy. It is expensive but I think all ground sausage is a little pricey.
