I only use this sausage in my recipes like biscuits and gravy , or lasagna , chili etc . Lots of flavor and consistent every time !

Good sausage but a little on the spicy side for my liking. Makes good sausage biscuits and gravy and good casseroles

Great for making sausage balls, has really good flavor but also hold shape well when forming the balls, it is not overly greasy and has great flavor!
