We absolutely love this sausage and we have tried a lot of different brands. This one is a family pleaser with the best flavor. We really love it for biscuits and gravy because it has the best meat/fat ratio to give you just enough grease for a great roux. The price is also the best around.

My wife calls all sausages "Jimmy Dean". This is a great deal and I actually like this over the 3 pound roll they used to have since it's easier to divey up into 1 pound portions for freezing. Has good flavor and goes well with all things needing sausage.
