[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love our new Pergola. Construction and build was straight forward. I over torqued one bolt and cracked a support arm. They quickly sent out a replacement. HIGHLY recommend also treating with a water sealer before you build.

Did take 2-3 people. 2 would have been fine but needed the third because on of the 2 was a tad to short to do something’s. Looks great! An amazing feature to our backyard! So glad I purchased

I bought this a year ago. Did have to keep checking the site and store to see when it would come back into stock. Luckily, I didn't have to wait to long. This pergola was exactly what my back yard needed...I looks amazing. Easy to set-up and love the convenience of having an electrical outlet in close proximity. Great design.

We’ve had this pergola for a year now and we still absolutely love it. It adds the perfect structural element to our new backyard concrete patio. Hang some lights for some fabulous night time ambiance. The only negative I would have to say - the instructions say 2-3 people to assemble, but I was happy we had a 4th person to help with the step where you have to stand the very heavy leg posts up; that part was really tricky and impossible for us with only 3 people. Otherwise the assembly was straight forward. We are very happy with our purchase!

We bought this last month and we are so happy we did! My husband put it together in one afternoon. It went together pretty quickly, there were a few holes that didn't line up but we expected some hiccups. It fits perfectly over our stock tank pool and looks beautiful!

I've had this pergola for almost a year now. It has gotten through one Arizona summer with no problems. I haven't seen any warping or fade spots. You will definitely need more than one person to install. It was a breeze with four people. Just make sure you have a level surface to start and pay attention to detail. I used the instruction manual instead of the app to install. For me it was easier following the steps in the manual.

We put it up in an afternoon with some friends, instructions were fairly easy to decipher once getting started. All of the wood came packaged tightly, the predrilled holes were correctly place, and it came with plenty of extra hardware. All in all, the pergola really ties together our backyard.

I was surprised at the quality of the materials. The flawless stained finish was uniform and durable. The hardware was complete and easy to work with. Instructions were clear and thorough. Assembly is straightforward if you pay attention to the directions. The only thing I can criticize is that one of the reabbertsd on a rafter was cut too short, but that was easily fixed with a handsaw.

Ive always wanted a pergola and now my dreams came true. The Blue Oasis came alive with this great addition for outdoor shade, living, dining and events. Love the electrical outlets so I added add a TV and ceiling fan to make it a great outdoor living area. My friend bought him one after getting his concrete layed...I receive lots of compliments. We bought this a year ago for out patio. It really elevated the look of our yard, and we receive so many compliments on it. It took about 3 of use to put it together and some patience, but it was doable. I am so happy with our purchase, it is exactly what I was looking for. It should be noted that there are a few flaws here and there in the wood, but nothing major. It is to be expected when something is real wood versus pressed board.
