[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Somerville pergola last June. Delivered on time with no damage. Everything was clearly marked. Only issue we had was with the screws and threading some had to be re-threaded. Put together pretty easily 3ppl about 3hrs. Customer Service was outstanding when I noticed the power port was missing they had it sent immediately. Definitely would recommend especially considering the price and quality.

I bought the Somerville 14 x 10 foot pergola last summer. It is fantastic, the wood is light but sturdy. We have high winds in Tennessee, but it withstood all the storms and wind. I sealed the wood with protectant to prevent pests and rotting. It was easy to construct, the direction were valuable and I am satisfied with the beautiful Somerville Pergola I sit under in my back yard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really enjoy our purgola. It is is very sturdy and heavy. We have a lot of wind here in South Dakota, but have no concerns about it blowing over. Assembly was not too difficult, but recommend three or four people to help.

We purchased this pergola this summer. 2 months later Hurricane Laura (category 4 150mph sustained winds) visited our area. Many roofs were tore off of homes (ours sustained major shingle damage). We were expected to find the pergola half a mile away, but there it stood, in the same spot on our back patio. This picture was taken 1 month after the storm hit, there is still massive damage in the area. Lake Charles, Louisiana.

I purchased this Pergola to give my backyard a specified space for my patio gathering area. The pergola took my nephew about 4 hours to assemble. There were a couple of boards that were scratched from delivery. I called customer service and they immediately offered me a touch up stain. Two of the boards had a split and they sent out replacements ASAP! Not only is the product prefect for my space but the customer service was the BEST I have encountered.

This pergola is a very solid piece, everything structurally has held up wonderfully. My only complain would be that the stain comes off easily we have quite a few spots the stain is just missing in which is frustrating but can easily be fixed with a coat of stain.

I purchased this pergola because I didn't want to build one from scratch. The directions were a little hard to read but if you played with Legos you should be able to set this up easily. The unit was very heavy and stable even without the use of concrete anchors. I would recommend this product to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I ordered this a few months ago. we put it together over a few days taking our time and care. extremely well made. We then decided to mount the posts on concrete footers and then decided to place a natural stone floor to allow gas grill and furniture, etc. We are almost done but winter has slowed us until spring. Pictures attached. Very excited about completing our project.

I absolutely love it! It took us way longer than 7 hours though. (About 10 with my husband and I. And we needed a third set of hands to help stand everything up.) Also, the digital instructions were different than the manual. I would say the digital instructions were way easier to follow. Overall, I love my new pergola and I’m excited to host my next backyard gathering!
