[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our stove for about 4 months now, works great, my wife enjoys the air fry feature and the griddle. The only issue we had with it was the power supply wire that runs the control panel was pinched between the back cover the the main frame, and after moving it to lay our new floor down the insulation on the wire finally broke through and shorted the wire. Luckily nothing got ruined, some wire connectors and heat shrink and it's back up and running.

The electric range was okay, but a gas range allows better heat control on the cooktop and I prefer baking in a gas oven, too. Now I've completed my kitchen with all-Samusung appliances

The purchase, delivery and installation could not have been more perfect. This model Samsung stove and every feature performs flawlessly. Every dish prepared is perfectly cooked and delicious. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has some great features and how to use is pretty straight forward the only drawbacks are that the center griddle pan does not allow you to use the large burners easily as the large pots do not sit/not centered on the burners, the air fryer basket and tray/rack is not included the air fryer basket offered does not have a tray/rack to sit on, also the oven racks because they have a lip in the back you are unable to place 2 full size cookie sheets side by side as they extend over the front hit the oven door

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my range about 2 months ago and I'm very happy with the purchase. It does all the jobs properly and the gas cooktop is amazing. Additional benefits as some of the features can be controlled by the app or samsung devices.

We are enjoying our new Samsung range and oven! We have not used the air fryer yet because we cannot find a suitable air fryer basket (and one does not come with the stove). I do like the griddle in the middle. I made bacon and grilled cheese sandwiches and they cooked up very nicely. The power burners in the front are very nice for boiling water quickly. However, the flame can get quite "big" and caution should be used, especially when small children are in the area.

The timer button sensitivity has something to be desired when baking a turkey or something else that is moist, the steam comes in front of the oven control panel and the timer button wont work or shut off properly. Other then that is hasn't had an issues. LOVE the air fry feature. Cooks hamburgers amazingly. It is easy to clean, so it makes it worth using the air fry for messing foods.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven is beautiful to look at. And it is a joy to cook with. It is a very large capacity oven, so i can feed a multitude of family and friends. The range has more jets so there is more even heat distribution. It's nice to have the countdown display to know how close the oven is to the temperature you need. That's a great feature. The griddle is great for warming tortillas and for making pancakes. Super convenient. And the clean up is a breeze. I like how the timer chimes end as soon as you open the oven door. The grates are easy to remove and clean underneath. And inside, too, it's fairly easy to clean up after using the air fryer. The air fryer is awesome, as it can hold a lot more than a countertop electric one. All in all, we love our new Samsung range!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed about six weeks ago. The burners have high flames so trying no to get used to cooking with them. I use a Comal to lessen the heat so the food cooks a little slower. The baking options are wonderful!
