[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a year ago and have had no issues at all. Everything works as expected. There is one small thing I am not wild about and that is the griddle that goes in the middle. Food slips off of it too easily. Should have made deeper edges.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung range is such a great cooking appliances. I love to cook on it, make some breakfast on the griddle feature. The stainless steel is such a beauty, easy to clean. Have used my oven quiet more than usual, Love the dark blue color in the inside of oven. It has so much room. Also love that I am able to control with my smart phone. Which my range is a smart appliances , it heats up fast, love that, can’t forget about the air fryer. The griddle is so good. I can make pancakes and some scrambled eggs without worrying about it sticking to it. The different size burner is amazing because I always use different size pans! Love the app as well. I can manage my range. I am so impressed works so great! I recommend it ! Have had family members ask me where did I find such a smart/modern range.

I've been preparing meals daily for over 30 years, and this is absolutely the worst range I've ever used. Constant work to keep the cook top clean. Temperature settings on the 3-in-1 burner are nearly impossible to regulate. I thought it may be just a learning curve on my part, but it continues to disappoint after close to a year of trial and error. Middle burner set on Lo will boil soup! So much for setting on Lo to simmer. Oven features like air fry are nice but be prepared to do a major cleaning of the entire oven afterwards. High upkeep with below average results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All burners are not consistent. Over cooks even on a low setting. Oven will undercook or overcook with no way of knowing. Not happy with it at all. Have to constantly keep changing settings. It does have other features but the most important should be consistency.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really loved finally getting this new range. Our last one was a product from the 1990s. I really love how the preheat temperature actually shows what temp it is while it heats up to the desired temperature. This is also my first time using a gas stovetop. I like how fast it gets to my desired temp. I'm not a big fan of how to stop the timers, you have to hold the button down 3 whole seconds. I'd prefer not having to have my hand in the back that long especially when I'm cooking something on the top. I wish it would have came with the air fryer accessory, but I have to find when it is finally in stock from Samsung. All my oven meals have turned out great too. We used to use a separate electric skillet for making our homemade pancakes and now we have the most perfect skillet option right in the center. This is by far my favorite part. I also love being able to use the smart apps with my Alexa devices to preheat or see how much time is left for cooking. Another favorite is that I'm able to clean the stovetop easily which is amazing too. I'm so happy I had the opportunity to get a new range that makes everyone (including my in-laws) happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my Samsung range. The The glass top is easy to clean. My large skillet and pots fit the large burners. They heat evenly. The oven is large and great for baking family meals. The air fryer oven is perfect for cooking for more than two hungry people like the small one I was using.

It tells me when it's preheated, when the timer goes off, and that's with a text message on my phone, as well as a beep, so if you've walked away, it notifies you. Great feature also is the airfryer option.

Not sure how to clean the stove top though; maybe it could come with an appropriate cleaner? There is a self clean function for the inside as well. Not sure how to do that either. The owner's manual did not provide any help on how to use most functions. Please make a manual that more useful! Detail how to use every function. There are so many great functions! Our family uses the air fry function a lot. It takes a bit longer than than a countertop air fryer but works well. The air fry basket is a good size but something should be included to catch grease and crumbs. We use a large cookie sheet. The stovetop burners are fun to use, especially the main burner with it's different ring sizes. The griddle is nice but slides around really easily, maybe add something to keep it in place. Love how it shows the temperature as the oven heats up. Oven cooks perfectly, not to quick or too slow. Overall, a great stove. My family continues to explore all the different functions, so fun!
