Will break immediately after warranty period

AVOID SAMSUNG APPLIANCES! Both of the dual burners on my model can only go on max heat, issue happened to both at the exact same time. Infinity switches are very expensive and I can't even tell if it's a control board issue or a switch issue and have to gamble a lot of money to find out. Getting it serviced will cost almost as much as the range itself (and potentially more if more parts end up breaking). It's clear this model was made with planned obsolescence in mind.

Before you decide to repair your product, please try the below steps to perform an electrical reset: • Circuit Breaker Reset: Switch off the double-pole circuit breaker powering your range at your home's main electrical panel for a full 60 seconds, then flip it back on. This resets the internal electronic control relays. • Check Control Knobs: Ensure the knobs push in smoothly and seat tightly on their shafts to properly engage the internal temperature regulators. • Professional Evaluation: If both burners still fail to regulate temperature after the power cycle, a service maybe required. Easy to use love this stove/oven/air fryer

Great Stove

Nice looking.
