Not worth it

Pure junk plastic knobs will break and become loose on stove in s short matter of time. Constantly replacing igniters and now the bottum plate above the lower oven burner is cracking from heat stress. Save yourself the trouble and buy something better.

Worked well until it didn’t

Purchased on 11/26/2023. The oven worked well up until this week 9/16/2025, when we began smelling gas when the oven was not in use. After inspecting with a gas detector probe I found that the oven broiler burner tube is constantly leaking a small amount of gas when neither the oven or the range is being used. Luckily it was caught before something very bad happened. I am quite disappointed as this didn’t even last two years of service and I have to way the cost and now safety risk factor of buying yet another stove so soon.

Smart Things App does not work

Oven works, but the feet do not have protection like our old one did & scratched the heck out of our floor. Supposedly a "smart" oven, but the Smart Things app does not work & and no one in "support" can help, transferred all over & then sitting in limbo over an hour with not response. Wish we had bought a Bosch, or any other brand. Do not buy if you want a smart oven.

Exceptional stove with great capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall great smart freestanding gas range. Great burners all around for your cooking and baking needs. The dual feature of the gas stove and air fry capabilities is enhanced by the great capacity of 6.0 cu. ft.. The self cleaning feature is a plus to the gas range. It is an addition to my Samsung smart things app.

Great Oven!

Disappointed! Would not buy this again.

The oven and stove itself works well. However, the stove top has areas that won't come clean. We've used safe cookware for the stovetop and have been very careful with the food we cook. Nothing has spilled over on it. There are marks on the stovetop we cannot get off. We cooked a frozen pizza in the oven, the cheese melted over on the bottom and made a mark that will not come off after scrubbing and self cleaning it. I would like to return it and would not recommend buying this.

Horrible build quality.

I have owned this oven for approximately 6 months now and it is the worst appliance I have ever bought. The stovetop wears extremely easily, you can’t even move a pot on or slide one onto without leaving lasting marks. The knobs are from low to high with 8 numbers between and even on 2-3 it burns or boils everything. The oven door gets extremely hot and is of poor quality for venting. And lastly the touch screen takes a lot of convincing to get some of the buttons to work. I wish I had never bought this and kept my broken 17 year old stove which we liked better.

Smart things air frying oven

Minor defects_ Check between Top side and oven

There are some minor defects. It's been two days since I purchased it. So, I'm not sure if there are any other performance issues. There is a gap between the top and the oven, and there is a bolt hole in the middle that is not fastened. I reported it to the service chat, but since I did not choose the option to have it installed by a professional ($25), they told me to call an installer. However, the installation is just connecting the power cord and plugging it into an outlet.
