Awful Stove do not buy

Safety/Fire Hazard

Right after the warranty was up 2 years. Dual burner on setting 2 went as hot as hot could go. Do not look away from this fire hazard. Stove needs to be recalled. Will be reporting Safety Canada.

Guide for setup WiFi

The range is good, but I need a guide for setting up the WiFi and access the SmartThings App. In the package, only a Simple User Manual was found and no information about how to setup WiFi and SmartThing App.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you, especially since you have to wipe it down every time you use it. It's not the experience we want you to have with one of our products, and we'll be glad to look for other options for you. As per checking, to keep the Air fry tray clean, remove them from the cavity, and soak them in lukewarm soapy water. Then, scour the soil of the Air fry tray using a plastic scouring pad. The air fry tray is dishwasher-safe. Do not leave the air fry tray in the oven during the self-cleaning cycle. The extreme heat generated in this cycle can permanently peel off the air fry coating. Its color will turn slightly blue, and the finish will be dull.
